Refund policy
RETURNS
No exchange / refund will be made for product that not deemed defective. CKT Shop shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping. We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped. However, if you have received a defective product:
1. Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 5 days from date of item mailed.
2. Returned item must be brand new/in the original state unuse and unwashed, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored. Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the return.
We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
